Meyer Sound USW-112P Subwoofer

Meyer Sound USW-112P Subwoofer

Discreet System Enhancement: The USW-112P self-powered subwoofer delivers powerful low-frequency performance in a compact, versatile package. It’s designed as an ideal companion for ULTRA‑X20 loudspeaker and complements a range of Meyer Sound loudspeakers including the UPM, UP‑4slim, Ashby‑5C, and Ashby‑8C. Its low-profile cabinet measures just 23.5 inches high by 13.5 inches wide by 12 inches deep, making it an ideal choice when space is limited.

Lean-And-Clean Low End: Count on the USW-112P to deliver clean, low-distortion output at any output level: Its proprietary 12” low-distortion, long-excursion driver enhances low-frequency performance in the 35 to 140Hz range, and its cabinet incorporates a low-air-velocity port tuned for high efficiency, linear response, and low distortion.

Potent Processing: The USW-112P’s built-in Class D amplifier delivers a linear peak SPL of 123 dB, measured using M‑Noise. Sophisticated signal processing includes electronic crossover, correction filters for phase and frequency response, and driver-protection circuitry. The crossover accepts full-range signals, enabling daisy-chain signal distribution and eliminating the need for external crossovers in smaller systems.

Meyer Sound USW 112P Subwoofer Overview

Agility Plus Stability: The 45-pound USW-112P fits anywhere, from churches and clubs to restaurants and small theatres. Orient it in horizontal or vertical position; its two integrated M8 mounting points can be used with an optional U-bracket to enable wall, ceiling, or truss mounting. Other options include a 35mm stand-mount receptacle with M20 threads for added stability.

Power That Goes the Distance: For applications where AC distribution is a limiting factor, the USW-112XP variant incorporates IntelligentDC technology, which receives balanced audio and DC power from a single composite cable—allowing for longer, lighter, conduit-free cable runs.

Monitoring Made Easy: USW-112 loudspeakers feature advanced RPM (Remote Product Monitoring) data when equipped with the Milan option. RPM grants users access to essential performance parameters directly from a Mac or Windows PC running Nebra software.

Extremely Well-Connected: The USW-112 may be configured with any of three connector panel options. An analog AC-powered version features looping Powercon 20 connectors with 3-pin XLR audio I/O. An IntelligentDC variant receives audio and DC power over a single cable via its 5-pin Phoenix connector. A Milan version features looping Neutrik TOP True1 connections for power, and a single Neutrik TOP Ethercon for audio over IP and RPM data.
