Meyer Sound 2100 LFC Overview
Hassle-free hardware options give you the flexibility to configure the 2100-LFC to your exact system specs: Fly or ground stack it. Deploy it in standard or cardioid configurations. Accessories include caster frames for efficient transport and grid kits for flying up to 16 cabinets.
In addition, as all AV technology transitions to a networked environment, PANTHER and the 2100-LFC now comprise the first large-scale, full-bandwidth line array system to offer Milan-protocol digital audio coupled with comprehensive monitoring telemetry, all connected directly to each individual loudspeaker. This total networked capability, when coupled with Meyer Sound’s new Nebra connection and monitoring software, enables fast system configuration and comprehensive monitoring of all system parameters.
The 2100-LFC is ready to grow within a digital infrastructure. Inputs include a Milan-certified, AVB endpoint for next-gen audio-over-IP solutions, bringing a digital signal path directly to the cabinet.
The 2100-LFC is 20% lighter than previous models. It was conceived and engineered to meet the new demands of today’s greener touring and installation, where the reduced size and weight must be coupled with increased energy efficiency. The cabinet exterior dimensions allow for more efficient truck pack in both USA and European semi-trailers and the increased efficiency of the Class D amplifiers reduces power demand to lower long-term costs in permanent installations.
2100-LFC is self-powered, so there’s no calibrating crossovers, and no struggling with amplifier racks, long cable runs, or extra accessories.
